Davis is the managing attorney at DY LAW, APC and focuses his practice on a broad spectrum of business and real estate matters. He also has experience in the areas of employment and entertainment law.

Davis graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Davis went on to receive his Juris Doctor with a business law concentration from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

At DY LAW, Davis focuses his practice on business and real estate law. His experience includes representing clients in a wide range of transactional and litigation matters including business formations, shareholder/partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, employment disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trust and estates, and real property disputes.

Davis also advises business owners and entrepreneurs on the various legal issues faced by businesses, including employment, compliance, entity formation, contracts, negotiations, and partnership/shareholder disputes. He works with his clients to develop risk management strategy, business and project planning, and alternative dispute resolution prior to the initiation of litigation.

When it comes to his practice, Davis takes a results-driven approach. From the start, he evaluates the issues at hand, often thinking “outside the box” to better service his clients by providing various options. Davis believes that his ultimate goal as an attorney is to make the law easy to understand for his clients. He believes in the importance of clear and honest communication, and is committed to helping his clients make informed decisions during critical phases of their case to help accomplish their ultimate goals.

Davis is a member of many organizations including the Orange County Bar Association, OC Korean American Bar Association (Board Member), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Davis enjoys watching movies, working out, and playing/watching sports.
